We offer thoughtful, relational therapy tailored to the emotional and relational challenges women often face throughout different seasons of life.
Who Our Therapists Support
You might be here because you’re navigating…
Fertility or infertility
The emotional weight of trying to conceive — hope, disappointment, uncertainty, and the quiet grief that can accompany this season.
Pregnancy
The physical and psychological shifts that come with carrying new life, including anxiety, identity changes, or fear of the unknown.
Postpartum (0–12 months)
Overwhelm, mood changes, intrusive thoughts, sleep deprivation, or the disorienting transition into caring for a newborn while trying to care for yourself.
The adjustment to motherhood
The invisible mental load, shifting roles, and the loss — or expansion — of identity that often accompanies becoming a parent.
Identity changes since having children
Feeling disconnected from who you were, unsure of who you’re becoming, or stretched thin between competing roles.
Anxiety or depression
Racing thoughts, persistent worry, irritability, numbness, or the quiet heaviness that’s hard to explain but difficult to carry alone.
Burnout and overwhelm
Functioning well on the outside while internally feeling exhausted, depleted, or constantly “on.”
Relationship stress
Tension with a partner, communication breakdowns, resentment, or feeling more like roommates than a team.
Loss or grief
Pregnancy loss, identity loss, relational shifts, or life changes that deserve space to be processed with care.
Life transitions
Returning to work, career shifts, moves, changes in family structure, or any season that feels destabilizing.
Many of the women we work with are carrying more than they appear to on the surface. They may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about how to navigate the season they are in.
The experiences listed above are more common than many women realize, especially during seasons of transition, motherhood, relational stress, and emotional overwhelm. Our therapists provide thoughtful, relational, and clinically grounded support to help women process their experiences with greater clarity, self-understanding, and compassion.
Therapy can offer space to slow down, explore what you’re carrying, and receive support without having to hold everything alone. Our Approach
We believe therapy should feel thoughtful, collaborative, and deeply human.
Our clinicians take a relational and insight-oriented approach, helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. We integrate evidence-based practices with compassionate, individualized care that supports meaningful and sustainable growth.
Rather than offering quick fixes or surface-level coping strategies alone, our work focuses on creating space for deeper clarity, emotional healing, and lasting change.
Sessions are conducted virtually, allowing for flexible and accessible care throughout Massachusetts.Therapy Services
