  • Yes. All sessions are currently offered virtually for clients located in Massachusetts.

  • We currently offer individual therapy and may offer couples, family, or group therapy depending on clinician availability.

  • We are currently a self-pay practice while completing insurance credentialing. We plan to accept major insurances including: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Tufts, & Harvard Pilgrim.

    Insurance participation may vary depending on the clinician and current credentialing status. We encourage you to reach out directly with any insurance-related questions, as updates to insurance participation may occur before the website is updated.

    For clients using out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement through your insurance provider. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to learn more about your out-of-network mental health coverage and reimbursement eligibility.

  • Start by completing our inquiry form. We review each submission thoughtfully and match clients with a clinician based on their needs, preferences, and availability.

  • Many of the women we work with are high-functioning and unsure whether their struggles are “serious enough” for therapy. You do not have to wait until things feel unmanageable to seek support.

  • No. While we specialize in supporting women and mothers, we welcome women in many different stages of life and transition.

  • We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days.
