Our Clinicians

Our clinicians provide thoughtful, relational therapy for women navigating life transitions, motherhood, anxiety, relational challenges, and emotional overwhelm.

We believe the therapeutic relationship matters deeply, and we are committed to connecting clients with clinicians who feel aligned with their needs and goals.

Michelle is a licensed mental health counselor whose clinical work has focused extensively on supporting women through life transitions, emotional growth, and the shifts that accompany motherhood. She is passionate about creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered in their personal evolution.

Together, through the lens of cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness, you'll work to alleviate detrimental behavior patterns, learn tangible solutions to dilemmas, and build healthy relationships with yourself, others, and the world around you.

Michelle is also co-founder of Beyond Being Inc., the parent company of The Becoming Therapy Collective.

She is especially passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves and live with greater intention, alignment, and authenticity.

Monica works with individual clients, drawing on CBT, life coaching, and mindfulness. Together, you'll explore how your thoughts shape your emotions, realign with your core values, and build greater self-awareness, creating lasting change and a more purposeful life.
