The Becoming Therapy Collective
A virtual therapy practice for women and mothers navigating anxiety, identity shifts, and relational strain.
Therapy for Who You Are Becoming
-
The Becoming Therapy Collective is a virtual therapy practice under Beyond Being Inc., a women-centered company founded by two licensed therapists and mothers.
Beyond Being Inc. was created from a shared commitment to helping women move beyond survival mode and reconnect with themselves across every stage of motherhood — from trying to conceive to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Through years of clinical work, we witnessed the quiet weight many women carry: anxiety, relational strain, identity shifts, and the invisible mental load of modern motherhood. We saw how often women were functioning well on the outside while feeling disconnected within.
The Becoming Therapy Collective was built as a space for deeper, clinically grounded support — a place where women can explore their inner world with thoughtfulness, nuance, and care.
Our approach is relational, intentional, and growth-oriented. We believe therapy is not about fixing what is broken — it is about creating space for clarity, healing, and the ongoing process of becoming.

You might be here because you’re navigating…
Fertility or infertility
The emotional weight of trying to conceive — hope, disappointment, uncertainty, and the quiet grief that can accompany this season.Pregnancy
The physical and psychological shifts that come with carrying new life, including anxiety, identity changes, or fear of the unknown.Postpartum (0–12 months)
Overwhelm, mood changes, intrusive thoughts, sleep deprivation, or the disorienting transition into caring for a newborn while trying to care for yourself. The adjustment to motherhood
The invisible mental load, shifting roles, and the loss — or expansion — of identity that often accompanies becoming a parent.Identity changes since having children
Feeling disconnected from who you were, unsure of who you’re becoming, or stretched thin between competing roles.Anxiety or depression
Racing thoughts, persistent worry, irritability, numbness, or the quiet heaviness that’s hard to explain but difficult to carry alone.Burnout and overwhelm
Functioning well on the outside while internally feeling exhausted, depleted, or constantly “on.”Relationship stress
Tension with a partner, communication breakdowns, resentment, or feeling more like roommates than a team.Loss or grief
Pregnancy loss, identity loss, relational shifts, or life changes that deserve space to be processed with care.Life transitions
Returning to work, career shifts, moves, changes in family structure, or any season that feels destabilizing.
Many of the women we work with are high-functioning and self-aware. They are capable, thoughtful, and deeply invested in their families — yet internally stretched thin. They aren’t looking for surface-level coping strategies. They’re ready for meaningful therapeutic work that helps them integrate who they are with who they are becoming.

Our work is trauma-informed, attachment-aware, and relationally grounded. We integrate evidence-based modalities with nervous system-informed interventions to support sustainable growth.
Sessions are conducted virtually, allowing for flexible and accessible care.
We are currently a self-pay practice while completing insurance credentialing. We intend to accept major insurance panels upon credentialing completion.
